Common questions
Does my family need a crypto wallet or any technical knowledge?
Absolutely not. Receivers only see PKR in their SwynPay wallet and withdraw to a regular Pakistani bank account via Raast. Crypto is completely invisible.
How fast is the transfer really?
Once your payment clears (instant for card payments), PKR is typically credited to the recipient's wallet within 3–10 minutes. Raast withdrawal to a bank account is immediate.
What if I send the wrong amount or to the wrong number?
Contact support within 30 minutes of initiating. If the transfer hasn't been released yet, we can cancel and refund. Once delivered, transfers are final.
Do I need to register to send money?
Yes — senders need a free account (just email + phone). No KYC documentation is required for senders. Receivers need a full KYC verification (CNIC + selfie).
What countries can I send from?
Currently: USA, UAE, UK, Canada, and EU countries. More corridors are being added monthly. Supported currencies: USD, AED, GBP, EUR, CAD.
Is there a limit on how much I can send?
Standard senders can send up to $10,000 per transfer. For larger amounts, contact support for enhanced verification.
