Why is the fee higher than Wise?
Wise requires a Pakistani bank account and takes 1–2 days. SwynPay settles in minutes to any Pakistani bank via Raast, including unbanked recipients using a phone number. Our 1% + $0.50 fee covers the entire settlement cost including the crypto rail and local liquidity.
Is the exchange rate guaranteed?
The rate is locked for 15 minutes when you initiate a transfer. If the market moves more than 1% during processing, we re-quote and give you the choice to proceed or cancel with a full refund.
Are there any fees on the Pakistan side?
No. Receivers pay nothing — no account fees, no withdrawal fees, and no Raast fees. The 1% + $0.50 you pay covers the entire end-to-end cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers via Stripe. Card payments are instant; bank transfers take 1–3 business days to clear before we send.
Is there a minimum or maximum transfer amount?
Minimum is $10 / AED 40 / £8. Maximum is $10,000 per transfer for senders without enhanced KYC, and $50,000 for verified senders.
